Jungle Gym for Kids in Tbilisi

  • Small groups, coach-led
  • Free first class
  • Gymnasia

Why parents bring kids here

Jungle Gym is not a daycare and not a playroom. It is a coached obstacle-course class designed around how 3-6 year-olds actually learn movement.

  • Coordination

Climbing, balancing, swinging, and crawling wire up the whole-body coordination kids need for every sport later.

  • Strength

Real, age-appropriate effort. Grip on rings, pulling up on bars, jumping landings. Strength built through play, not punishment.

  • Confidence

Every obstacle is a small win. Kids who can climb a wall stop saying "I can't" β€” and parents see it within weeks.

  • Social skills

Small groups, real coaches, turn-taking on obstacles. Kids learn to wait, encourage, and try things together.

  • Structured fun

Warm-up, route, challenge, free play. Predictable rhythm kids settle into β€” even shy children find their footing.

Age groups

Children are placed in a group by age, not just calendar year. The coach can move a child up or down a group if it fits better.

3-4 years

First obstacles

Sensory exploration, crawling tunnels, low climbing, balance with support. Kids leave proud, not exhausted.

5-6 years

Routes and teamwork

Multi-step obstacle routes, controlled jumping, balance challenges, small relays. Builds focus and follow-through.

6+ years

Sports-ready

Real strength work, advanced routes, intro to climbing technique. Direct bridge into Acrobatics, Football, BJJ, Judo, Karate.

For younger children, ask about Baby Gym β€” our parent-and-child program for 1-3 year-olds.

Class length: about 45-55 minutes, depending on group and time of day.

What a class actually feels like

A real class is about 50 minutes long. There is a coach. There is a plan. There is also a lot of joy.

  1. 01

    Warm-up

Coach-led movement games to wake the body up safely.

  2. 02

    Obstacle route

The day's sequence: climbing, balance, tunnels, rings, soft landings.

  3. 03

    Skill challenge

One focus skill per class β€” a new balance, a new climb, a new jump.

  4. 04

    Coach-supported try

Every child gets a turn at the day's challenge with the coach close by.

  5. 05

    Playful finish

Free play on chosen obstacles to lock in the joy.

Parents ask us

Is it safe for a 3-year-old?

Yes. The play area is laid out with soft, impact-absorbing flooring, the obstacles are sized for young children, and a coach is on the floor with the group the whole class.

What age can my child start?

Jungle Gym groups start at 3 years old. For younger children we run Baby Gym (ages 1-3), a parent-and-child class.

Does my child need any experience?

No. Most children arrive with no sports background. Coaches adapt every obstacle to the child in front of them.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable clothes they can move in. No shoes β€” children work barefoot on the soft mats. Bring a water bottle.

Can parents watch?

Yes. There is a parent viewing area inside with a clear view of the obstacles.

What if my child is shy or scared the first time?

Very normal. Coaches expect it and never push a child into an obstacle. Most children warm up within 2-3 visits.

Is the trial really free?

Yes. The first class is free. No card, no commitment. If your child enjoys it, you can pick a monthly package after.

How does Jungle Gym connect to martial arts and other sports?

Jungle Gym builds the body β€” coordination, balance, strength, confidence β€” that every sport at Gymnasia later builds on: Acrobatics, Football, BJJ, Judo, Karate, Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, Wrestling.

Give your child a strong start

The first class is free. The schedule is flexible. The coach is waiting. Send a trial request and we will reply within one working day.
